MONOVA: MUSEUM AND ARCHIVES OF NORTH VANCOUVER
Laurel Lawry was an instrumental member of MONOVA's project team working to plan, construct, and launch the new community museum. As a senior staff member of this bi-municipal agency, Laurel was engaged in all levels of strategic, staff and operational planning. She developed proforma financial statements and projections, and led the implementation of new staffing and organizational development initiatives.
